‘We strive to ensure your employees return to work more quickly and stronger’
What makes Volta Burnout Coaching so effective?
- Our coaches are not only burnout specialists but also well-versed in the professional field. Typically, our clients are high-profile individuals who find a better connection with a coach who understands their language.
- Our methods are scientifically supported by neuroscience, cognitive behavioral therapy, and work psychology.
- We provide personalized support. Instead of a one-size-fits-all approach, we offer a tailored journey.
- We act promptly. Within five days of approval at the latest, the first session can be scheduled.
- We offer services during evenings and weekends at no additional cost.
- We maintain a positive perspective on work and do not view work and life as opposing forces. Instead, we aim to empower your employees, helping them return to work with increased resilience. Hence, we avoid using the term ‘work-life balance.’

Is Burnout the greatest threat to your organization?
- The proportion of employees experiencing burnout symptoms increased from 9.6% in 2013 to 6% in 2019 (source: SERV report 2022).
- Often, it is your most dedicated employees, such as managers and high achievers, who face burnout.
- The average duration of absence due to burnout is 8 months.
- Recovery time depends on 1) the circumstances, 2) the support provided, and 3) the individual employee.
- Inadequately supported burnout cases are more likely to relapse.
- Burnout can have a cascading effect. The prolonged absence of an employee can lead to increased workloads for colleagues, raising their risk of burnout.
- The impact of burnout is twofold: it causes both 1) personal suffering for the employee and 2) financial loss for your organization.

PROVIDE PROFESSIONAL ASSISTANCE FROM YOUR ORGANIZATION TO MINIMIZE DAMAGE.
Formula 1
Individual Burnout Coaching
Comprehensive burnout support with at least seven individual sessions lasting ninety minutes each.
Initially, we focus on restoring self-confidence and re-energizing using the FABO (*) method.
As the coachee progresses, we introduce additional tools such as a 360° scan, personality assessments, etc.
Meanwhile, with the coachee’s consent, we offer feedback to the employer to facilitate reintegration.
Formula 2
Individual Burnout Coaching with Reintegration Plan
Building on Formula 1:
We create a customized reintegration plan based on the coachee’s progress and the employer’s input.
This plan incorporates insights from work psychology and HR best practices.
These improvements often benefit the entire team as well. (**)
The reintegration plan is reviewed with both the employee and the employer.
Formula 3
Individual Burnout Coaching with Reintegration Plan and Follow-Up
Building on Formulas 1 and 2:
We schedule follow-up sessions with the coachee after six and twelve months (or at another preferred interval).
Throughout the coaching process, we focus on the long-term improvement of thought and behavior patterns. Subsequent follow-ups help solidify these changes.
We also consider changes within the professional field, as organizations are not static over the years.
* First Aid for BurnOut
** At times, this leads to a comprehensive review of company processes and practices, making the organization more resistant to burnout. It often marks a step toward or an enhancement of a genuine well-being policy within the company.
